A granular broad spectrum insecticide which has quick stomach & contact activity. It helps in controlling Stem borer, gall midge, leaf folder, brown plant hoper, White Blacked Plant hopper, (WBPH), Green Leaf hopper, (GLH), Thrips etc. in Rice. It is also very effective in controlling Aphids,Jassids, Thrips & White Files in cotton.
Neonicotinoidsact on a specfic protein in the brain of pest insects ( the nicotinic acetylcholin Receptor), thus inhibiting their feeding reflex.
- Highly effective at low use rates against a broad spectrum of sucking, soil and leaf dwelling pests.
- Highly systemic and thus well suited for application as a foliar spray, drench or drip irrigation.
- Rapid uptake and fast acting, regardless of dry and wet conditions, which contributes to it favourable safety and environmental profile.
It is compatible with common used pesticides. It is advisable to con a physical compatibility test before use in combination with other molecules.
Being a systemic insecticide should be applied at recommended dose at initial stage of infestation. It is advisable to alternate with other group of insecticides to avoid resistance problem in long.
