Formulation: Emulsifiable Concentrate
WHO Class: I
Classification: Pesticides
A Broad spectrum organophosphorus insecticide with triple action (Contact, stomach and fumigation) on Termites and Ants with low toxicity to Non target species with no leaching and Max absorbing capacity
Sub-terranean termites usually causes damage to Furniture, Wood work, Window frames, Carpets, Books, Leather goods & stored commodities. They are known as white ants, live in colonies with assembly of millions. They also damage building constructions entering from ground level to upper level through joints gaps in floors, wall cavities, intersperse of bricks & wood work. The damage caused by termites are likely to be 35% to 40%.
In highly infested areas, the building can be seriously effected within a short span of construction. The effective & novel approach to provide complete protection is at the time of planning and construction of building. The best way to control termites is to establish chemical barrier between termites and the Assets. The Only alternative is to select & use the quality product TermiAnt Killer to control/minimize kill termites.
Mix 1 LitreTermiAntKiller with 19 litre of water to make 1% a.i emulsion and to be applied in following stage.
Stage 1: ( During foundation Preparation)
Apply the emulsion on the bottom surface and sides of foundation pits to the height of 30 cm @ 5 Litre/sq.mtn of surface area
Stage 2: (After Completion of foundation)
On Both sides of all built up walls, treat the refill earth (approx width 30 cm& depth 45 cm) @ 7.5 Litre per linear meter.
Stage 3: ( Before laying of floor)
The entire levelled surface to be treated @ 5 Litre per square metre
Stage 4: ( After Completion of Building)
Treat the earth along the external perimeter of the building @ 7.5 Litre/M
Make a complete inspection of termite infestation and route of entry into the building. After careful inspection of termites infested area, inject 1% of termiant Killer emulsion in the soil which is in contact with external wall of the building, at the rate of 7.5 Litre per sq Meter upto a depth of 30 CM & 15 CM apart. Inside building, drill 12 mm holes at the junction of floor and wall, along the cracks on the floor, and along constructional joints at30 cm intervals to reach the soil below. Squirt the emulsion @1 L per hole or till refusal and seal the holes properly with the cement.
Mix 1 Litre of termiantkiller in 19 Litre of Kerosin oil/Terpentine oil and brush all the surface of timber. If termite infestation is there ,drill 3 mm holes in existing wood work with a downward slant. Liberally infuse termiantkiller emulsion till refusal. Repeat the same application after drying. For new and replacement timber dipping overnight will ensure a deep penetration & better protection against difficult to control wood boring insects such as powder post beetle, pin hole borers, furniture beetle etc.
